Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. The item must be:

- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Item purchased on discounts or on sale are not eligible
Refund: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. Refunds are only offered if:

- The wrong product was delivered
- The item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or a store credit (whichever is preferred)
- In case of claim for refund, a video of unboxing of the product will be required for filing a refund request
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Customized or made-to-order outfits
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly through email. Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
