Order Cancellation Policy
At Soormi, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because our pieces are often handled with care and specific production timelines, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations:
1. Cancellation Window
- Standard Orders: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
- Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
2. How to Cancel

- Subject Line: Cancel Order # [Your Order Number]
- Body: Include your full name and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Paid Orders: If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that a small transaction or banking fee (typically 2-5%) may be deducted from the total refund amount to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
4. Soormi’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Items being out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
- Payment authorization issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we must cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued immediately.
